JOHN BROWNING, MD, F.A.A.D., F.A.A.P.

John Browning, MD, F.A.A.D, F.A.A.P., is board certified in pediatrics, dermatology, and pediatric dermatology. As the Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Dermatology and the Chief of Staff of Pediatric Dermatology, Dr. Browning has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating skin conditions in patients of all ages. Dr. Browning obtained his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University Honors Program; he then received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School in Galveston and continued his pediatric residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Browning also completed his residency in dermatology at the Baylor College of Medicine; he was Chief Resident in 2006-2007. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a Pediatric Dermatology Fellow.


Dr. Browning is the Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Dermatology at Baylor College of Medicine and at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He will also serve as the Chief of Dermatology at the Children’s Hospital of San Antonio.

DR. GREGORY KELTS, MD​

Dr. Gregory Kelts, MD is double-board certified in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery.Dr. Kelts attended the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY, graduating in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Following graduation, he attended the United States Army Armor Center in Ft. Knox, KY, for the Armor Officer Basic Course.

In 2011, Dr. Kelts received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD. He completed his Otolaryngology residency training at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium in San Antonio, TX, where he remained as a staff Otolaryngologist until 2018.

Dr. Kelts completed a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship in 2018 at the University of Minnesota, MN, and then pursued a master’s degree in policy and development, graduating in January 2019.

Dr. Kelts has received numerous academic and military honors, including the Bronze Star Medal and Meritorious Service Medal.

Dr. Kelts has conducted extensive research in his field, publishing several papers and giving numerous presentations on topics such as facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, pediatric nasal obstruction, benign vocal fold lesions, and the use of simulation in plastic surgery. He has also received several awards for his academic and research achievements.

IVANNA SAUCEDO, MPAS, PA-C

Ivanna Saucedo, MPAS, PA-C is nationally board certified as a physician assistant. She graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2012. After working as an Intensive Care Unit clerk, her desire to help others and passion for medicine was solidified. She continued her education at The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and completed the Master of Physician Assistant Studies program in June of 2016.

Ivanna joined Dr. Browning at Texas Dermatology in August 2016. She has received training in both adult and pediatric dermatology. She considers herself extremely fortunate to be part of a wonderful team that strives to deliver the best quality of dermatologic care in Texas.

In her spare time, Ivanna enjoys spending time with her big Italian family and traveling with her husband on their adventure to see the New Seven Wonders of the World.

Ivanna is a Fellow member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).
