WHAT TYPES OF BREAST AUGMENTATION ARE THERE?

At Texas Dermatology, we’re proud to offer the highest quality of implants. The two types available are silicone and saline implants.

Silicone implants are filled with silicone gel. Since the gel is thicker than saline solution, these implants often are able to give a more natural look and feel, as the texture is very close to natural breast tissue.

Saline implants are filled with saline solution, which is simply sterile saltwater. These implants are inserted first before being filled to your exact specifications. Some even have a port, allowing the implants to be made larger or smaller without completely replacing the implant.

WHICH BREAST AUGMENTATION TYPE IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Saline and silicone implants are both excellent options with their own benefits and reasons for choosing them.
