Dr. Steven Davis, MD, FAAD
To My Valued Patients,
Over the years, many of you have asked me, “Dr. Davis, when are you going to retire?” I finally have an answer: July 10th 2025 will be my last day in practice.
There’s no urgent medical reason behind this decision — it simply feels like the right time. I’m looking forward to spending more time with my wife, children, grandchildren, and my 98-year-old mother. I hope to travel more and enjoy the everyday moments that often get put on hold.
Before I step away, I want to express two very important things. First, my heartfelt gratitude to each of you. Thank you for trusting me with your care, for sharing your stories, and for allowing me to play a role in your health journey. It has truly been an honor to be your dermatologist.
Second, I’m pleased to let you know that your care will be continued by the outstanding team at Texas Dermatology, under the leadership of Dr. John Browning, MD. With five locations across the region, I’m confident you’ll receive excellent care from compassionate and experienced providers — even if it means a slightly longer drive for some of you.
Thank you again for your confidence and trust over the years. I don’t take it for granted, and it’s been a genuine privilege to serve you.
With warmest regards,
Steve Davis, M.D.
