Kristina Blegen, DO, FAAD, FAAP

Dr. Kristina Blegen brings extensive training in both dermatology and pediatrics to the practice at Texas Dermatology.

A board-certified pediatrician, Dr. Blegen completed her dermatology residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas, after finishing her pediatric residency at Baylor College of Medicine at The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she also completed a one-year teaching fellowship.

Dr. Blegen has contributed extensively to medical research, authoring numerous peer-reviewed articles and presentations focusing on complex dermatological and pediatric conditions. Her professional affiliations include active memberships in the American Academy of Dermatology and the Texas Dermatological Society.
